Bank of Zhengzhou Approves Appointment of Wang Sentao as Deputy Governor

Bank of Zhengzhou announced the resolution from the first interim meeting of its eighth board of directors in 2026. The board reviewed and passed the proposal regarding the appointment of Mr. Wang Sentao as a Deputy Governor of Bank Of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. The appointment has been approved, and Mr. Wang will assume his official duties after his qualifications are ratified by the National Financial Regulatory Administration's Henan bureau.

According to his resume, Mr. Wang Sentao was born in October 1979 and holds a master's degree in economics from Peking University. He is also a senior engineer. Mr. Wang began his career at China State Shipbuilding Corporation in 2001. Since 2007, he has served at the Henan branch of China Development Bank, holding positions including Deputy Director of the First Customer Department, Deputy Director of the Planning and Development Department, Senior Manager of the First Customer Department, and Senior Manager of the Planning and Development Department. Additionally, he previously served as a Deputy Director in the Fiscal, Financial, and Credit Construction Office of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and as a Deputy District Chief of the Erqi District People's Government in Zhengzhou.
