集團旗下主要自營品牌包括 LE SAUNDA、le saunda MEN 及 LINEA ROSA。截至期末，於中國大陸的實體門店數目淨減少至91家，其中自營店68家、特許經營店23家，同店銷售同比下跌13.2%。線上零售亦面臨需求轉變及競爭壓力，電商業務收益較去年同期下跌5.4%。
集團持續實施精簡內部架構、優化門店分佈及加強庫存管控等措施，加快過季貨品流轉，整體存貨餘額同比顯著下降34.4%至人民幣7,810萬元。期內並無宣派中期股息。管理層表示，將密切關注市場及消費趨勢，透過品牌升級與分銷策略調整，以期提升運營效率及加強市場競爭力。
