Robot concept stocks posted broad gains, with UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880) climbing 5.1% to HK$115.3, SHOUCHENG (00697) advancing 3.45% to HK$2.4, DOBOT (02432) rising 3.63% to HK$54.2, GEEKPLUS-W (02590) gaining 2.8% to HK$22.8, and SANHUA (02050) increasing 1.6% to HK$32.96 as of press time.

On the news front, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs announced the list of pilot projects for intelligent elderly care service robots involving paired research and scenario applications. According to the list, this pilot program encompasses 32 intelligent elderly care service robot projects across 10 application scenarios, including emotional companionship, rehabilitation support, daily care assistance, transfer and mobility aid, and walking assistance.

Additionally, Musk stated at the All-In technology summit that the Optimus 3 humanoid robot will possess near-human hand dexterity, with an estimated minimum cost of approximately $20,000 (about RMB 142,400) per unit, emphasizing that this will be a significant product that impacts human history.

Shanghai Securities noted that the domestic and international industry has recently experienced intensive catalysts, with a noticeable increase in participants as the industry tide rises. Domestic companies including Huawei, ByteDance, BYD, Xiaomi, GAC Group, and Ant Group, along with various automotive and technology manufacturers, are actively investing in embodied intelligence. Overseas, Tesla, 1X, and Figure AI are accelerating their commercial mass production efforts. The firm believes that the emergence of DeepSeek artificial intelligence company is driving the development of general robot large models, facilitating humanoid robots to achieve embodied intelligence. The humanoid robot industry chain has entered a stage of "blooming flowers and competing schools of thought." Currently, humanoid robots entering industrial scenarios has become a high-certainty application trend both domestically and internationally, making the commercial implementation of humanoid robots promising.
