EVERCHINA INT'L (00202) announced that Mr. Jiang Zhaobo has resigned from his position as non-executive director and will no longer serve as chairman of the board, effective December 5, 2025, due to the need to devote more attention to other business commitments. Following Mr. Jiang's resignation, executive director Mr. Jiang Xiaoheng has been appointed as chairman, effective from December 5, 2025.
