营运实时公交车到达信息APP「车来了」的元光科技(MetaLight)本次拟全球发售2,485.6万股，公开发售原占10%。上市后，阿里巴巴及滴滴旗下Cheering Venture分别持有MetaLight约8.77%及15.19%股份。
