On October 2, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 5.04 million H shares of Pharmaron (03759) off-exchange at an average of HKD 30.3211 per share, involving about HKD 152.95 million, by way of taking a security interest in shares with cash consideration. This was an off-exchange transaction, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in Pharmaron was 50.06 million shares, representing 13.9%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 55.10 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 15.3%.
