SEAZEN (01030) announced that compared to the profit attributable to equity holders of approximately RMB 959 million in the same period last year, the profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30, 2025 is expected to be approximately RMB 500 million to RMB 700 million. The expected decline is primarily due to decreased property development revenue resulting from the industry downturn.
