Huaxi Holdings Company Limited has released its 2025 Annual Report together with the latest shareholder circular, the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form. All four documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.huaxihds.com.hk) and on the HKEX news platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Board, chaired by Zheng Andy Yi Sheng, reminds investors that the group formally transitioned to electronic dissemination of corporate communications on 27 February 2024. Shareholders who have not yet registered a functional email address are urged to do so promptly to ensure uninterrupted receipt of company information.

• Registered shareholders should complete and return the designated Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong), or email their name, contact address and email details to ecom@huaxihds.com.hk. • Non-registered shareholders are advised to contact their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to provide or update email information.
