公告显示，公司当日回购A股850,000股，用于未来减资，占回购前已发行股本（不含库存股）约0.01249%。本次回购每股价格区间为人民币81.46元至83.32元，合计耗资约人民币6,998.56万元。回购后，公司同期根据第九期股票期权激励计划行权，共发行1,543,817股新股，占回购前已发行股本（不含库存股）约0.022685%。
本次变动后，截至2026年7月17日，公司已发行股份数（不含库存股）增至6,806,125,409股，库存股增至164,751,897股，股本总数为6,970,877,306股。公司确认，本次回购与增发均已获得董事会批准，并严格遵守了相关上市规则、法律及监管规定。
