Hong Kong stock exchange filings reveal that on September 1st, board chairman Wang Yusuo increased his holdings in ENN Energy (02688) by 150,000 shares.
The shares were acquired at an average price of HK$49.2697 each, bringing the total value of the transaction to approximately HK$7.39 million.
Following this purchase, Wang Yusuo's latest shareholding stands at approximately 396 million shares, representing 34.98% of the company's total issued shares.
