2026年7月29日，美中嘉和医学技术发展集团股份有限公司（02453，下称“美中嘉和”或“公司”）公告称，已与乌兹别克斯坦共和国卫生部签署重要合作协议，双方将在塔什干国家医学中心共建并运营伽玛刀放射外科中心，合作期限为十五年。
根据协议，乌兹别克斯坦共和国卫生部将提供本土医疗场地、医保体系及当地医疗资源，美中嘉和将利用其在肿瘤放疗、伽玛刀中心运营及高端医疗设备管理等经验，以公私合营（PPP）模式全额投资并负责中心运营，项目收益由双方共享。
公司表示，该项目落地后，将与旗下广州泰和肿瘤医院形成业务协同，建立跨境多学科会诊与病例转诊体系，丰富高端肿瘤放射治疗业务链条，并增加海外营收来源。
美中嘉和于2024年1月9日在香港联交所主板上市，主要通过自有医疗机构为癌症患者提供服务，并向第三方医疗机构提供医疗设备、软件及相关服务。
公司称，本次合作协议的签署经双方公平磋商，符合公司及股东整体利益。未来，双方还计划在放疗中心、影像诊断中心及人工智能应用等领域进一步深化合作。
