On 30 April 2026, China Ever Grand Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. (EG Leasing, stock code 00379) announced that its English and Chinese 2025 Annual Report, Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available on the company website (www.egichk.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic versions but may request free printed copies. To do so, they must complete and sign the provided Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be emailed to 379-ecom@vistra.com.
