5月23日，贝克微午后拉升涨超6%，截止发稿，报50.8港元，计划以每股40港元配售最多300万新H股用于增加对上游制造资源的投资，包括但不限于自建晶圆厂及加强与现有晶圆厂合作。
消息面上，贝克微发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订配售协议，计划按每股40港元的价格配售最多300万股新H股。此次配售股份占现有已发行H股数目的20%及已发行股份数目的5%。假设所有配售股份均被认购，预计配售事项的最高所得款项总额约为1.2亿元，所得款项净额（扣除佣金及相关成本后）约为1.17亿元，净发行价约为每股配售股份38.86港元。配售事项所得款项净额拟用于(1)增加对上游制造资源的投资，包括但不限于自建晶圆厂及加强与现有晶圆厂合作；及(2)其他一般营运资金。
