根据公告，本次回购授权于2025年6月6日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为70,751,050股。截至本次回购前，公司已回购2,090,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数的0.3%。公司确认相关程序均符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法律法规。
