She resigned from her positions as Executive Director, President, Chair and Member of the Board's Risk Management Committee, and Chair and Member of the Board's Consumer Rights Protection Work Committee due to personal reasons. Li Hong's term as Executive Director was originally set to expire upon the conclusion of the eighth board of directors' term. According to relevant regulations, her departure took effect upon the delivery of the resignation letter to the board.
The bank stated that during her tenure, Li Hong was diligent and dedicated, implementing national economic and financial policies, serving the real economy, and actively advancing the "Five Key Areas of Finance." She achieved significant results in promoting the implementation of the bank's overall strategy and business transformation, as well as enhancing risk management capabilities.
