5月28日，阿尔法企业（Alpha Professional Holdings Limited）公告称，其中国全资子公司深圳市阿尔法商业管理有限公司已与深圳市华盾云科技有限公司及深圳市智合安信咨询中心（有限合伙）签署合营企业章程，将在中国设立“深圳市阿尔法智合机电设备有限公司”。合营公司注册资本为2,000万元，其中阿尔法企业子公司出资1,700万元，占股85%；华盾云出资100万元，占股5%；智合安信出资200万元，占股10%。各方均以现金出资，阿尔法企业的出资将全部来自内部资源或借贷，最迟缴付日期分别为2028年5月31日（阿尔法企业）及2026年7月31日（其余两方）。
