中国石油化工股份（00386）于2026年7月29日发布翌日披露公告，显示公司当日通过上海证券交易所回购A股1,000,000股，每股回购价介于人民币5.17元至5.20元，总金额约人民币518.02万元。
根据公告，自2026年6月18日起，公司已多次回购A股，累计回购85,750,050股；同期还于2026年6月18日至7月21日先后回购H股合计80,088,000股，相关回购股份占各自回购当日前已发行股本的比例最高约为0.027%。本次回购后，公司已发行H股总数仍为23,782,600,600股，A股总数为97,142,913,622股。公司表示，回购事宜已履行相关上市规则与法律法规的要求。
