双方将通过联合采购机制优化药物分发网络，同步开展医护人员培训与社区宣教。全球基金执行主任彼得·桑兹强调，这项投资彰显了国际社会对终结艾滋病流行的坚定承诺。而吉利德科学首席执行官丹尼尔·奥戴则表示，公司将通过技术转让与本地化生产相结合的方式，加速药物在资源有限地区的落地应用。
