公司年度股东大会定于2026年5月29日举行。根据公告，股份过户登记将于5月26日至5月29日暂停办理。董事会强调，此次回购计划最终仍需获得股东大会批准，且在行使回购授权时将遵守相关法律法规及交易所规则，并以维护公众持股量为前提。该计划获得通过后，交易细节将视市场情况而定。
