Cross-Harbour Holdings Forecasts First-Half Profit Decline to HK$340 Million

CROSS-HAR(HOLD) (00032) has issued a profit warning, indicating that the group expects its profit attributable to equity holders for the first half of 2026 to be approximately HK$340 million. This compares to a profit of about HK$519 million recorded in the same period of 2025.

The anticipated decrease in profit is primarily attributed to an estimated net fair value gain on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss of approximately HK$230 million. In contrast, the corresponding period in 2025 saw a net fair value gain on such financial assets of HK$369.5 million.
