Homeland ITL Repurchases 20,000 Shares at HK$1.29, Treasury Stock Rises to 21.86 Million

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (HOMELAND ITL) disclosed a small-scale share buyback on 16 September 2026, repurchasing 20,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$1.29 apiece. The transaction totalled HK$0.03 million and all repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock.

Following the buyback, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0016 % to 1,261.54 million, while the company’s treasury stock balance increased to 21.86 million shares. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,283.40 million.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 12 June 2026 that allows the company to buy back up to 127.45 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority have reached 12.97 million shares, representing 1.02 % of the share base at the mandate date. Homeland ITL therefore retains capacity to acquire up to approximately 114.48 million additional shares under the current mandate.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
