ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576) has announced that Mr. Li Wei, an executive director and deputy general manager of the company, has been approved to serve as the acting general manager. Effective February 10, 2026, he will assume the duties of the general manager until a new general manager is appointed. Additionally, in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, Mr. Li has been appointed as an authorized representative of the company, effective from February 10, 2026.
