HAIDILAO announced its full-year 2025 financial results on the evening of March 24. The report indicates that the company achieved annual revenue of 43.23 billion yuan, representing a 1.1% increase year-over-year. Net profit for the year stood at 4.04 billion yuan, while core operating profit reached 5.40 billion yuan.
By the end of 2025, HAIDILAO operated a total of 1,383 restaurants, comprising 1,304 self-operated outlets and 79 franchised locations. The overall average table turnover rate for self-operated stores was 3.9 times per day, with the chain serving more than 380 million customers throughout the year. The average customer spending per visit was 97.7 yuan.
Diversified business segments emerged as significant growth drivers. According to the announcement, HAIDILAO's delivery service revenue surged to 2.66 billion yuan in 2025, marking a 111.9% increase from the previous year. Revenue from other restaurant operations rose to 1.52 billion yuan, up 214.6% year-over-year. By year-end, the company managed 207 restaurants under 20 distinct dining brands in addition to the core HAIDILAO brand.
Looking ahead, HAIDILAO stated it will continue to prioritize both customer satisfaction and employee development. The company plans to enhance refined management, strengthen multi-brand synergies, and advance digital capabilities. These efforts aim to diversify consumption scenarios and product offerings, supporting steady business growth.
