The final offer price for the H-shares of Lingyi Itech (SEHK: 01688) has been set at HK$10.18 per share. This price excludes the 1% brokerage commission, the 0.0027% SFC trading levy, the 0.00565% SEHK trading fee, and the 0.00015% FSTB transaction levy.

Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 a.m. Hong Kong Time on Friday, June 26, 2026, the company expects its H-shares to commence trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on the same day.

The H-shares will be traded in board lots of 660 shares each.
