BRAINAURORA-B (06681) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Brainaurora Medical Technology Digital Intelligence (Macau) Limited, has officially signed a Brain Health Digital AI Technology Service Cooperation Agreement with Macau's Kiang Wu Hospital. The two parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership in Macau, focusing on digital screening, assessment, training, and comprehensive health management for cognitive impairment. This collaboration aims to jointly create a new, full-chain brain health service model covering "hospital-community-home" settings.

According to the agreement, the cooperation will center on the following core areas: 1. Co-establishment of a "Brain Health Center" and Service System: Leveraging the group's "Six Six Brain Science Brain Health Cloud Service" platform, the partners will set up and operate a "Brain Health Center" within Kiang Wu Hospital. This center will provide one-stop services ranging from early screening and precise assessment to digital cognitive training and disease progression follow-up, establishing a full-cycle management model within the hospital for "early screening, precise diagnosis, multidisciplinary intervention, and community-home extension." 2. Diagnostic and Treatment Services Covering All Age Groups: The services will target individuals aged 60 and above who are at risk of or suffering from cognitive impairment, as well as child patients aged 3 to 18 with neurodevelopmental disorders. Digital therapy services, based on doctor prescriptions, can be provided either in-hospital or at home. 3. Ensuring Data Security and Compliance: All data generated from the services will strictly adhere to Macau's relevant laws and regulations. Servers will be deployed locally in Macau, with all data stored domestically and not transmitted overseas, ensuring information security and regulatory compliance. 4. Joint Scientific Research and Academic Exchange: The partners will integrate expert resources from mainland China and Macau to jointly promote the construction of a brain health medical center. They will also conduct related clinical research and cooperation to enhance regional academic influence.

The Board of Directors believes this partnership holds the following strategic significance for the group: 1. Establishing a Benchmark and Expanding in the Greater Bay Area: By partnering with Macau's most influential private hospital, the group has successfully created its first benchmark project for digital therapy in Hong Kong and Macau. This provides a replicable model for future expansion into other cities within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. 2. Accumulating High-Quality Real-World Data for Scientific Research: Through the provision of systematic brain health services to Macau residents, the group, together with Kiang Wu Hospital, will accumulate valuable clinical and application data. These internationally standardized data assets will contribute to the optimization of algorithms and product iterations for cognitive impairment diagnosis and treatment services in Macau. This will further joint scientific research with the hospital, solidifying the group's technological leadership in providing local cognitive healthcare services and improving care for Macau residents. 3. Generating Social and Economic Benefits: This cooperation directly addresses urgent health needs in Macau society. It has the potential to reduce the incidence of severe dementia through early intervention, thereby alleviating the overall societal disease burden. Concurrently, the partnership is expected to generate sustainable service revenue for the group, opening up new growth opportunities. 4. Strengthening the Industry-Academia-Research Alliance Network: This collaboration further enriches the group's ecosystem of partnerships with authoritative medical institutions. It synergizes with the group's recent national-level project cooperation with the National Research Center for Rehabilitation Technical Aids of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, jointly promoting the standardization and large-scale application of cognitive digital therapies.
