公告显示，本次回购前，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）为3,133,993,823股，库藏股份数量为19,668,000股；本次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）降至3,133,555,823股，库藏股份相应增加至20,106,000股，各类股份总数维持在3,153,661,823股。本次回购的股份将作为库藏股份持有。
公司称，此次股份回购基于2025年6月20日获得的回购授权，总可回购股数为314,361,562股。截至公告日，绿城服务已根据该授权累计回购20,106,000股。公司确认，已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事杨掌法签署。
