Green Energy Group Limited (Green Energy GP, HKEx: 00979) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 40.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. Issued shares remained unchanged at 1.36 billion, representing just 3.39 % of the total authorised amount, leaving substantial headroom for future capital actions. No treasury shares were held or cancelled.

Green Energy GP affirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as at 31 July 2026.

No share options were exercised in July, and there were no warrant conversions, convertible issuances, or other equity-related transactions. The company’s 2017 share option scheme still allows for the potential issuance of up to 94.69 million shares, but zero options were exercised during the month and no proceeds were raised.

The filing, dated 3 August 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Ronald Ng, attests that all listing rule obligations and regulatory requirements have been duly observed.
