SHANGHAI XNG Appoints Lo Chun Man as Company Secretary

SHANGHAI XNG (03666) has announced that Mr. Yu Zhijie has resigned from his positions as (i) the Company Secretary; (ii) the Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules; and (iii) the Authorised Representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). These resignations will take effect from April 13, 2026, due to Mr. Yu's need to attend to other business commitments.

Mr. Lo Chun Man has been appointed to the roles of (i) Company Secretary; (ii) Authorised Representative; and (iii) Authorised Representative for legal process. All appointments will become effective on April 13, 2026, succeeding Mr. Yu.
