Business risk information from Tianyancha reveals that Wuxi Dangdang Information Technology Co., Ltd. was recently issued a warning and fined over 12,000 yuan by the Wuxi Xinwu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for violating relevant labor law regulations. The reason for the penalty states that among the employees under the company's comprehensive working hours system from March 2024 to February 2025, 27 employees had their working hours illegally extended, with an average monthly overtime of 149.39 hours per person.

Wuxi Dangdang Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2010, with Li Jian as its legal representative and a registered capital of 150 million yuan. Its business scope includes the research and development of computer software and hardware, technical services, and technical training. The company is jointly owned by Beijing Dangdang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Dangdang Kewen E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
