CMS Maintains Stable Share Structure in September 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 30 September 2026.

Total authorised share capital stood at USD 100.00 million, representing 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.005 each. The figures were unchanged from the prior month.

Issued share capital also remained stable. CMS closed the period with 2.44 billion total issued shares, of which 2.43 billion are outstanding and 6.40 million are held as treasury shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during September 2026, and there were no movements under share-option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

The company confirmed that its public float met the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as at 30 September 2026.
