The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$72.8753 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$14.83 million.
Following this purchase, Orient Securities now holds a total of 15.096 million shares in the biotech firm, representing a 5.05% stake in the company's issued share capital.
