Singamas Container Holdings Limited (SINGAMAS) informed non-registered shareholders on 25 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company’s website (www.singamas.com). Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request to the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or via email to singamas.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

In parallel, SINGAMAS confirmed the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in compliance with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, the Company’s Articles of Association and Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Both English and Chinese versions of these documents will henceforth be accessible exclusively on the Company and HKEXnews websites unless shareholders specifically request hard copies.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their respective brokers, banks, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Absent a registered email, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and must independently monitor the designated websites for new publications. Requests for printed communications can be submitted using the enclosed reply form or via email; such requests remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.
