消息面上，高盛近期上调了华虹半导体的目标价，从此前的87港元大幅上调至117港元，涨幅达34%。高盛分析师认为，随着中国本土AI解决方案的发展，从模型到半导体，华虹半导体将成为中国领先的晶圆代工厂，并在长期受益于AI驱动的芯片需求增长。
高盛指出，尽管华虹半导体的核心产能集中于成熟制程，但AI的普及将带动一系列外围芯片需求的增加，包括数据中心的电源管理芯片、AI设备相关的蓝牙/WiFi、图像传感器、射频及微控制器等。这些芯片大多采用成熟制程，正是华虹半导体的业务核心。此外，华虹半导体已宣布计划在其下一座晶圆厂中迁移至28纳米，并可能在未来进一步推进技术，以应对日益增长的需求。
