Virtual Mind (1520) Teams Up With Beijing Xiuman Technology to Establish Gold-Focused Joint Venture

Virtual Mind Holding Company Limited (Stock Code: 1520) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing 1520 Technology Co., Ltd., entered into an investment agreement with Beijing Xiuman Technology Co., Ltd. on January 29, 2026. The two parties intend to form a new joint venture named Chengdu Tianhe Xinrui Precious Metals Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, China, focusing on gold-related businesses while integrating finance, sports, art, and cross-border trade.

The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB5 million, of which Beijing 1520 will contribute RMB2.55 million (51%) and Beijing Xiuman Technology RMB2.45 million (49%). The joint venture will be a subsidiary of Virtual Mind, and its financial results will be consolidated into Virtual Mind’s financial statements. Virtual Mind will nominate the executive director of the joint venture, subject to election and appointment by the joint venture’s shareholders.

According to the announcement, the formation of this venture aligns with Virtual Mind’s strategy to leverage AI and Web3 technologies while expanding its IP business into the gold industry. The company’s experience in developing consumer ecosystems around sports, cultural tourism, and entertainment will support the diversified approach to the gold business. The board of directors believes this initiative offers potential new revenue streams and is in the interests of Virtual Mind and its shareholders as a whole.
