Huang Wenqing to Step Down as Chairman of Zhongtai Asset Management, Jiang Tianfang to Take Over

Zhongtai Asset Management is set for a leadership change. Huang Wenqing, who has served for over five years, is stepping down from his position as Chairman of the company. Jiang Tianfang, currently the Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Banking Committee at Zhongtai Securities, is slated to assume this key role. This personnel adjustment has already been announced internally.

According to available information, Jiang Tianfang joined Qilu Securities, the predecessor of Zhongtai Securities, in 2015. He was promoted to Assistant General Manager and Chairman of the Investment Banking Committee at Zhongtai Securities in 2021. His current positions are Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Banking Committee at Zhongtai Securities.

The interim report for the first half of 2025 from Zhongtai Securities revealed that, as of June 30, 2025, Zhongtai Asset Management's assets under management totaled 105.751 billion yuan. This figure breaks down into a public fund business scale of 41.890 billion yuan, a collective asset management scale of 23.647 billion yuan, a specialized asset management scale of 5.521 billion yuan, and a single-asset management scale of 34.693 billion yuan.
