印象大红袍股份有限公司（02695）8月12日公告称，基于对集团按中国企业会计准则编制的未经审计管理账目之初步审阅，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月实现以下业绩：
1. 期内总收入约47.1百万元，同比下降约15.9%；
2. 期内归属股东净利润约2.5百万元，同比下降约75.1%。
公司指出，业绩下滑主要由于： • 报告期出现极端恶劣天气，导致游客人数及观众入场人次较去年同期大幅减少； • 工会及学校组织的大型团体参观活动减少，去年同期部分演出受一次性推广支持而今年未延续； • 福建省月映武夷文化旅游有限公司在报告期运营六个月，而去年同期仅运营两个月，致使折旧、摊销、水电费及员工薪金上升； • 终止若干合作协议后，报告期内未再获得相关担保收入。
公告称，相关财务数据仍有待公司核数师确认，并未经过董事会审计委员会审阅；公司将于2026年8月刊发中期业绩公告。
