2026年9月15日，长城汽车股份有限公司（股份代号：02333）发布公告，披露公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购了653,000股H股。该回购股份约占本次事件前公司已发行股本的0.03%，回购价格区间为每股港元7.575至7.645，合共支付价款约496.57万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目由2,298,442,500股降至2,297,789,500股，库存股份则增加至20,986,500股，总已发行股份维持在2,318,776,000股。公司并披露回购授权于2026年6月26日通过，可回购股份总数为230,769,600股，截至目前已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购20,986,500股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的0.91%。本次回购完成后，新的发行或库存股份再出售的暂止期将持续至2026年10月15日。
公司同时表示，此次股份回购已获公司董事会正式批准，符合相关上市规则与适用法律。公告由联席公司秘书袁媛签署。
