KORE US REIT, through its manager KORE US REIT Management Pte. Ltd., announced on Aug, 03 2026 that it has secured a 10-year lease for about 32,000 square feet at The Westpark Portfolio in Redmond, Washington, with a publicly traded global life-sciences instrumentation company.
The new agreement lifts committed occupancy at The Westpark Portfolio from 73.0% to 77.1% and raises KORE’s overall portfolio committed occupancy from 85.3% to 86.0% on a pro forma basis. The space will be used for office, research and development, light manufacturing, laboratory and warehouse operations.
The deal extends KORE’s leasing momentum after its record first-half performance, during which 550,522 square feet of leases were signed, equivalent to 11.5% of the REIT’s total net lettable area.
The Westpark Portfolio comprises 19 office/flex buildings and two industrial buildings spread across 41 acres along the Sammamish River in Seattle’s Eastside.
As at Dec, 31 2025, KORE’s portfolio consisted of 13 freehold office buildings and business campuses across eight U.S. growth markets, with a combined asset value of approximately US$1.3 billion and a total net lettable area exceeding 4.8 million square feet.
