HISENSE HA (00921) announced that during the period from May 27, 2025 to October 13, 2025, the company and its subsidiaries, including the air conditioning marketing company, Grohe company, and refrigerator marketing company (as subscribers), entered into Jingu Trust financial product agreements to subscribe to Jingu Trust financial products with a total subscription amount of RMB 1.739 billion.
