NEW CONCEPTS Holdings (02221) has completed the issuance of 34.24 million subscription shares on February 6, 2026. The shares were priced at HK$1.0 each, generating net proceeds of approximately HK$34.11 million. Around HK$20.5 million of the funds will be allocated to settle overdue bonds, leases, and other payables, while the remaining HK$13.6 million will be used for the group's general working capital requirements.
