On September 30, it was learned from Hunan Airport Group that during this year's National Day holiday, Hunan airports are expected to handle 774,000 passenger trips, with average daily passenger throughput potentially exceeding 110,000, of which Changsha Airport is expected to handle 630,000 passenger trips.

According to projections, October 1 will usher in the peak of outbound travel, while October 7 will see the peak of return trips.

During the holiday period, Hunan Airport Group actively coordinated airline capacity, employing multiple measures to boost flight execution rates and passenger load factors, promoting growth in the aviation market.

Changsha Airport has strengthened four major express routes connecting Hunan with Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, and Hainan, and added flights from Changsha to Beihai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Tianjin, Lianyungang, Huai'an, Qingdao, Hohhot, and other destinations. Zhangjiajie Airport has increased frequencies on routes to and from Beijing and Guangzhou, the two core source markets, and maintains regular flights to Daegu, Incheon, Busan, and Cheongju in South Korea, as well as to Singapore and Hong Kong, China.

The main travel flows are directed toward major domestic cities and popular tourist destinations such as Beijing, Xi'an, Kunming, Chengdu, Shanghai, Haikou, and Urumqi. The proportion of flights to the northwest region has increased compared to previous years, and flights to related areas including Sanya, Dalian, and Shenyang have also increased.

In addition, Hunan Airport has continued to optimize convenience services around the "One Ticket Tours Hunan" aviation-culture-tourism product, launching special services such as "free door-to-door luggage delivery" and "express passenger passage," and providing a series of premium services for international transit passengers including free meals, free accommodation, parking discounts, and luggage storage.
