Summi (Group) Holdings Limited (00756) has released its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, detailing efforts to align core operations with sustainability principles. The document covers five production plants in Fujian and Hunan Provinces, focusing on the manufacturing and distribution of fresh orange juice and related products.

The report indicates increased total GHG emissions of 8.96 million kilograms of CO2 equivalent compared to 3.88 million in the previous period. Direct emissions were higher due to greater natural gas usage, while indirect emissions remained stable. Emission and resource consumption intensity, measured per million RMB in revenue, remained in line with internal targets. Non-hazardous waste primarily comprised fruit pomace, totaling 28,401 tonnes, a decrease from 33,434 tonnes in the previous period.

Supply chain monitoring emphasized sourcing from environmentally conscious suppliers; 61 suppliers, all in the PRC, were reviewed under detailed evaluation criteria. The quality of products remained a focal point, supported by ISO22000, HACCP, and other certifications. No product recalls or complaints were recorded. The report also highlights anti-corruption policies, whistle-blower channels, and six relevant training sessions during the period, with zero corruption cases identified. The Board underscores commitment to sustainable production and responsible governance, noting no major ESG issues during the reporting period.
