吉利汽车(00175)于2026年3月25日公告称，公司当日因员工及关连实体参与者行使认股权计划下的认股权，分别发行3,081,500股及281,000股普通股，发行价均为每股9.56港元。前者占公司当时已发行股本的约0.02856%，后者占约0.0026%。
截至2026年3月25日收市后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）增至10,792,004,197股，库藏股数维持在45,351,000股。公告同时确认，此次发行符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。
