Centurion Corporation's stock fell 3.14% in pre-market trading on Friday, following the release of its full-year 2025 financial results.

The sharp decline came after the company reported that its net profit attributable to equity holders plunged 67% year-over-year to SGD 114.8 million. According to the company's earnings release, the significant profit drop was mainly due to lower fair value gains on investment properties and costs associated with the initial public offering of Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT).

Despite the profit decline, the company reported revenue growth of 17% year-over-year to SGD 295.9 million and gross profit growth of 16% to SGD 227.0 million. The board recommended a final dividend of 2.0 Singapore cents per share along with a special distribution in specie of CAREIT units.
