SHINELONG’s July 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Base and Sufficient Public Float

Shinelong Automotive Lightweight Application Limited (SHINELONG) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, translating into authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 660.00 million ordinary shares, and the firm held no treasury shares. SHINELONG confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public‐float requirement of 25%.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 6 June 2019, there were no outstanding options and no exercises, grants or cancellations in July. A capacity of up to 66.00 million shares remains available for future grants under the scheme. No warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were outstanding or issued during the period.

With zero share issuances, buybacks or treasury transactions, SHINELONG’s capital structure and shareholder base remained stable through July 2026.
