Simultaneously, within these large-scale enterprises, the proportion of employees who received a salary raise reached 17.44%, a figure significantly higher than that of companies of other sizes. According to the report, several well-known large companies have posted numerous urgent hiring positions on Maimai, with roles such as BI Data Analyst, Overseas Business Project Manager, and Data Development Specialist offering annual salaries exceeding 1 million yuan.
