Guangshen Rail Maintains Stable Share Base in March 2026, Reaffirms Public Float Compliance

Guangshen Railway Company Limited (Guangshen Rail) filed its Monthly Return for March 2026, indicating no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

Total authorised share capital stood unchanged at RMB 7.08 billion, comprising 1.43 billion H-shares and 5.65 billion A-shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued share capital also remained flat. H-shares totalled 1.43 billion and A-shares 5.65 billion, with zero treasury shares in both classes. Consequently, the aggregate issued share count at month-end was 7.08 billion.

The issuer confirmed that the H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5% requirement for PRC issuers.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the period, and no other movements in treasury shares were recorded.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary Tang Xiangdong and submitted to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.
