3月20日，香港上市公司中国技术集团（01725）发布盈利警告。董事会初步审阅截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的未经审计综合管理账目后预期，公司权益持有人应占亏损将介乎约3.2亿至3.5亿元人民币，较2024年度约1.98亿元的亏损显著扩大。
按此估算，本财年亏损同比增加约1.22亿至1.52亿元，增幅约62%至77%。公司表示，亏损扩大主要源于当期确认物业、厂房及设备的减值损失。董事会强调，该减值为一次性、非现金项目，对集团现金流不构成直接影响。
公告同时指出，相关数据尚未经过核数师及审核委员会审阅，最终业绩可能有所调整。公司计划于2026年3月底前披露2025年度经审核的完整业绩报告。
