Xinhua Lande Announces Full Transition to Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 24

On 27 April 2026, Xinhua Lande Scitech Co., Limited (stock code 8106) issued a reminder that it has formally shifted all future corporate communications to electronic format. The move follows an initial notice circulated on 13 August 2024.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—including directors’ reports with audited financial statements, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted exclusively on the company’s website (www.landpage.com.cn) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

The company noted it has not received email addresses for non-registered shareholders. These investors must therefore provide their email details to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure timely notification of new postings.

Shareholders preferring hard copies can submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email 8106@landpage.com.cn with their name, address and printed-copy request.

The notice was issued by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wang Feng. All other communication channels and shareholder rights remain unchanged.
