Automated Systems Holdings Limited (AUTOMATED SYS) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, indicating a steady share capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Cumulatively, 37.27 million options were outstanding at 30 June 2026. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised during the month.

The issuer reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments in issue, and no other movements affected its share capital.

Automated Systems’ board and company secretary affirmed that all activities during the month adhered to Hong Kong listing rules, regulatory requirements and legal obligations.
